DO YOU GUYS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship internationally!  When you place an order in our cart and enter your address, you will see international shipping options which will calculate the shipping cost for you.  

HOW DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT IS THE COST?

Shipping has a minimum cost.  This cost will vary depending location or origin of the order.  Cost will depend on volume and weight.

WHERE CAN I BUY THE PRODUCTS FROM LADY ROSE?

In Colombia, our products can be purchased directly in our production plant.  Some of our products are found in our key distributors like Copidrogras.  However, if you place an order internationally, the web site will be the best location to find all our products.

HOW LONG WILL TAKE MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?

Right after you place the order, we will deliver your request immeately.  The shipping time will depends on shipping companies.

IF I NEED TO RETOURN MY ORDER OR IN CASE OF EXCHANGE, HOW TO PROCEED?

Due to the difficulties and critical life of our product, we do not exchange any product opened and tested.  If you have our product in a complete integrity with orginal marks, a Lady Rose representative will contact you  to clarfy any question or exchanges.

WHAT IF MY PAYMENT IS REJECTED, DO YOU HAVE ANY ALTERNATIVE FOR PURCHASE?
